About Us
Platform for Action in Creative Theater (PACT) is currently involved in Theatrics, Arts and Cultural Management and also work as facilitating platform.
We also engage ourselves in Training Programs using theater as a tool. With our unique outreach programs designed for children and adults alike we reach to more than 15000 participants every year identifying and developing their special skills.

Team
Neeraj Mehta, Founder & Business Head
A graduate from prestigious NUS Business School, Singapore. He has over 9 years of experience in various industries and has been involved with global companies like ING and Reliance Capital in different projects.
Neeraj was nominated for the prestigious Young Creative Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 Award by the British Council.
He is currently working in the capacity of Business Head of PACT
Gouri Nilakantan, Artistic Director & Creative Head
Gouri holds a Masters degree in Theatre from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and currently pursuing her PhD in Theater from Jawahar Lal Nehru University. She has directed over 25 Plays including critically acclaimed Water by Komal Swaminathan, Imaginary Invalid by Moliere, and Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams, The Little Prince and Some Unknown Arabian Nights in both India and the United States. She has also over 20 publications to her credit and they have appeared in Theatre India and IGNOU publications.
N. Chandramouli, Advisor & Consultant
Author of best selling book "Decoding Communication"
Mouli is the CEO of Comniscient Group.
Of these, two are PR agencies and, one of them, Blue Lotus Communications, has been awarded the 'Agency of the Year' by two reputed organizations in two consecutive years. Two other businesses are gold standards in their own sectors; Bluebytes, a news research and analysis company, and Trust Research Advisory, a business efficiency advisory.

Sarah Saddler, Intern & Associate Consultant
Sarah received a BA in Theatre and Political Science from Ashland University and an MA in Theatre Studies from Miami University. Her primary research focuses on performances of war and representations of the soldier/veteran within mediated discourses. She is also interested in South Asian corporate theatre-making and has worked for the Platform for Action in Creative Theatre in Gurgaon, India.
